Service Description

My one-on-one engagements are usually a journey of three to six months, with monthly check-ins. We'll start by defining what you want to achieve and use those goals as our roadmap. I believe in a holistic approach, looking at the whole you – your mind, body, and soul as well as environment. We'll work with your thoughts and feelings, but also use you- as a source of wisdom. Maybe you already have a wellness practice - If not, we can create one together.
